FAQs

Do I need to be home during the house management session?

Nope! Many of my clients book while they’re out running errands or working. However, you do need to be present for the first decluttering session to make decisions.

Will you make me throw things away?

Never. You’re in control of what stays and what goes. My job is to guide you in making decisions, help you find homes for your belongings, and suggest donations or recycling options.

How long will it take to organize my space?

This depends on the size of the space, how much you have, and how quickly decisions are made. We’ll give you an estimate after your consultation, so you’ll have a clear idea of timing.

Do you use my existing organizational products, or do you recommend and source new ones?

I start with what you already own. I can provide organizer recommendations and send an online list with the measurements I have taken. Then you'll purchase the items to be delivered to your home, and I'll come back to organize. Online shopping is $75 per hour.

How do I get started?

Simply contact me through our website form or by phone to book your free consultation. From there, I’ll create a personalized plan and schedule your first session.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee, but can be applied to future sessions. 

No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
