DECLUTTER

Every new client is required to start off with a Deep Declutter, which includes:

• Removing all items from cabinets and pantries

• Disposing of old or unwanted items, and organizing what remains

• Wiping all surfaces of cabinets and pantries

• Disposal of donated items and trash

Consultation- Free

All clients will receive a complimentary in person assessment so I can better understand your needs. This will allow me to give you an exact estimate for services and room size.

TIER 1 - Kitchen Only

Deep Declutter Base Rate - $500

Maintenance

Bi- Weekly Base Rate - $150
Monthly Base Rate - $200

TIER 2 - Bathroom Only

Deep Declutter Base Rate - $200

Maintenance

Bi- Weekly Base Rate -$75
Monthly Base Rate -$100

TIER 3 - Other Rooms

Bedroom - $350

Home Office - $325

Living Room- $350

Big Closet- $300

Small Closet- $200

All rooms will be subject to a cleaning fee if rooms call for it.

Deep Cleaning fee- $150 per room *as necessary*

RATES FOR CONTAINER ORGANIZATION

$75 per hour to online shop, please fill out our intake form.

COMMERICAL

Make your office space more efficient by decluttering things you don't need, want, or use anymore. Improve productivity by making items easier to locate.

Office - $350

Storage Room- $500

Small Closet- $200

All clients are subject to mileage fees.
